Refund & Cancellation Policy

A legal disclaimer

At The BAM Effect Studio, we strive to provide the highest level of service and hair care. Because our services are time-intensive and scheduled specifically for you in a private suite, we adhere to the following policy:

• Service Satisfaction: We do not offer refunds on hair services performed. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your result, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We offer a complimentary "adjustment" service to ensure your vision is achieved.

• Cancellations & No-Shows: All appointments are managed through Square. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the service cost, as outlined in the Square booking flow.

• Deposits: Any non-refundable deposits required at the time of booking via Square will be applied toward your final service total.

• All financial transactions and booking data are processed securely via Square. Please refer to your Square booking confirmation for specific terms related to your individual appointment.
